“I am eating,
I should feel heavy,
But I feel light,
Lighter than the flowers”
This work is an exercise in the recollection of my dining and eating habits while I was away from home. The forms and shapes are an understanding of my mother, father and sister’s behavioral associations with food, dinnerware and also the dining table setup. Other than the physical aspects, this project was about encapsulating the feeling of eating a meal with one’s loved ones amidst the very busy lives.
